  • Parking is easy and convenient at The Brio. We offer onsite designated parking directly in the front of the building including clearly marked handicap-accessible spots nearest the theater doors for your comfort and convenience.

  • Each class or workshop may have unique requirements. Specific instructions and materials lists will be provided by your instructor upon registration, so you’ll know exactly what to bring before your first session.

  • Yes! The Brio is fully wheelchair accessible. We want your visit to be smooth and comfortable from the moment you arrive. For your convenience, designated handicap parking is available in our rear parking lot, with easy access straight into the theater doors. Accommodations include ramp access, ADA restrooms, and flexible seating areas to ensure every guest and participant can comfortably enjoy our space. If you need any additional assistance during your visit, our team is here and happy to help. We can’t wait to host you!

  • We want you to fully enjoy the experience, so please turn your phones off or to silent during performances. Photos and videos are allowed post-performance during artist talkbacks or when the musicians give the signal. Flash photography is not permitted at any time.

  • Yes, absolutely. If you’re unable to attend an event, your tickets can be transferred to another guest. Simply contact our team in advance to update the attendee information if needed.

  • For groups of 30 people or less, you can purchase your tickets directly from the Brio website. For groups of more than 30 people, we’d be happy to assist you with a group reservation. Just fill out the form in the link.
